Agendas and Minutes

The Parish Council meets regularly on the second Wednesday of every month. Sometimes extra meetings are needed for urgent items or to meet statutory deadlines for planning consultations. These extra meetings are normally held on the 4th Thursday of the month. A Fields and Allotments Sub-Committee meets three times a year. Below you will find links to the agendas and minutes of meetings since January 2015.

Agendas are compiled by the Parish Clerk in consultation with the Chair of the Parish Council and the Sub-Committees. Agendas and meeting notices have to be issued to the Councillors and advertised in the parish at least 3 working days before each meeting. In practice, they are usually issued up to a week in advance. If you would like to suggest an item for the Parish Council to discuss, please contact the Parish Clerk by email or call her on 07754121280. Please be sure to allow enough time for the item to be added and properly advertised for the meeting of your choice.

Every agenda includes an item of ‘Public Participation’ so that parishioners can voice any concerns or let the Council know their opinions on any item on the agenda. These items are normally limited to 3 minutes per person.
