Village Voices is Buckland Brewers very own choir. It began in January 2023 and there are around thirty members of all ages and abilities. It does not matter if you can’t really sing – the aim of the choir is to bring people together for an evening of singing and fun and absolutely everyone is welcome – brilliant voices and the rest!
The choir is lead by a Mother and Daughter duo, Rachel and Rhianne Mitchell and the choir enjoys a wide and varied range of songs, from the Beatles to modern day songs. Although the choir is non-religious, we have performed for the last two years at the local church for the Christmas Nativity.
If you are looking to meet others in the area, enjoy singing and want a social evening, please come along and give it a try. We meet about twice a month at the Methodist Church and it is £2 a session.
