Buckland Brewer has a Parish Plan, which was originally produced in 2013 to cover the period 2013-2018. This was reviewed in 2019-20, to extend the Plan to 2031. Both versions were delivered by parishioners who volunteered their time to work on the project.
The plan is complemented by the Settlement Plan, Buckland Brewer’s contribution to the Torridge and North Devon Local Plan.
