Good news. Since the development field has been fenced off, a stile has appeared to comply with the requirement to keep the path open, and to quote Cllr George Heywood, you’d need to be a giraffe to get over it. Phew!
In line with current disability legislation thinking, this will be replaced with a gate. I can’t tell you when but please be assured if it has been a problem, hopefully it won’t be for much longer.
