On Sunday 14th November there will be a Service of Remembrance for those who have given their lives during various conflicts , starting at 10.45 a.m. on the Green by the War Memorial and continuing in the Methodist Chapel.
Many choose not to observe this, or simply are unable to do so. However it would be appreciated by those who do and can if, just for a couple of minutes at 11.00 a.m., in the vicinity of the Green whilst the silence is observed, noise and activity could be kept to a minimum. Thank you.
