I want you to know that I have now turned the corner, am comfortable in my own (new) home and all I need is lots of patience and a great deal of time to recover. Thank you all again.”
Note from Ed – Some readers will know that within weeks of Margaret leaving Buckland Brewer to start a new life much nearer to her family, she (and some of her family) contracted Covid 19, and she was hospitalised for a good two weeks. I was shocked at some of the medical details she shared with me today about the impact this dreadful disease has on the body and mind, and she has asked me to implore every single one of you to take warnings and restrictions seriously and follow the rules. Margaret has truly been to hell and back and was close to death – it was an immense relief today to be able to talk to her, although she tires very easily and suffers with breathlessness.
