There will be an extra parish council meeting via Zoom to discuss the application for change of use of the Coach and Horses pub, Buckland Brewer, to a residential property.
As many know, the Parish Council does not have the final say on this, but acts as an advisory body to the ultimate decison makers, Torridge District Council.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday 7th October at 7.30 p.m.
