We have a road closure scheduled during the first week in August – our Parish Clerk has spotted this and following some discussions with Devon County Council, the following has been agreed:-
Devon County Council advises us that:” We have contacted Stagecoach and they inform us that the 372 service will come into the village from the Parkham direction, turn in the village and go out the same way for the duration fo the road closure.”
i.e. The 372 bus will run during the first week in August. If there are issues, as promises have been made, our parish clerk will want to know about it. Our thanks to him for being alert and resolving this.
